Affiliate / Publisher Terms

1. The agreement

This agreement is between you ("Publisher") and TODO: Registered company name ("ProfitLeader"). It incorporates the Terms & Conditions, the Compliance Policy and the rules shown on each offer. If there is a conflict, the offer rules apply first, then the Compliance Policy, then these terms.

2. Application and approval

• You must disclose all traffic sources, websites and apps you intend to use.
• We may request verification documents before or after approval.
• Approval for the network does not grant access to every offer; some offers need separate approval.

3. Promoting offers

• Use only the tracking links and creatives provided or approved by us.
• Follow each offer's allowed GEOs, traffic sources, creative and landing-page rules.
• Do not modify advertiser creatives, prices or claims without written approval.
• Make any legally required affiliate disclosures.
• Stop promoting an offer immediately when it is paused or closed; traffic after that time is not paid.

4. Commissions

• Each offer shows its payout model (CPA, CPL, CPI or RevShare) and amount.
• Commission is earned only for conversions that are tracked by our platform, pass fraud screening and are validated by the advertiser.
• Payout rates can change with notice shown in the platform; changes apply to traffic sent after the change.
• RevShare commissions are paid on net revenue actually received from the advertiser, after refunds and chargebacks.

5. Payments

• Validated earnings are paid weekly (Net-7) once your balance reaches $100.
• Available methods: Wire, PayPal, Wise, Payoneer, Crypto (USDT). Third-party transfer fees may apply depending on the method.
• You must provide accurate payment and tax details. You are responsible for your own taxes.
• Balances below the minimum roll over to the next period.

6. Rejections, holds and chargebacks

• Conversions found to be fraudulent, non-compliant or rejected by the advertiser are not paid.
• We may hold payments while a quality review or investigation is ongoing.
• If invalid conversions are discovered after payment, we may deduct the amount from future earnings or request repayment.
• Rejection reasons are shared with you on request.

7. Prohibited activity

All activities listed in the Compliance Policy are prohibited, including bot or incentivised traffic, cookie stuffing, spam, brand bidding, misleading ads and adult content. A breach may lead to forfeiture of unpaid earnings for the affected traffic and account termination.

8. Data protection

You must comply with applicable privacy and marketing laws, obtain any consents required for your traffic (including for email, SMS and push), and not pass personal data to us or advertisers unless the offer requires it and you have a lawful basis.

9. Confidentiality

Payout rates, advertiser details and non-public platform information are confidential and must not be shared with third parties.

10. Relationship

You are an independent contractor. Nothing in this agreement creates an employment, partnership or agency relationship. You may not represent yourself as ProfitLeader or as the advertiser.

11. Termination

Either party may end this agreement at any time by written notice. Validated earnings up to termination will be paid on the next payment cycle, unless the account is terminated for fraud or a material breach.
